Subsidence Risk Report
The Subsidence Risk Report identifies actual features which might affect susceptibility to subsidence damage. It provides a risk rating and advises on appropriate mitigation.

The report will be prepared in a standard format by a qualified Engineer, Structural Surveyor or Chartered Building Professional.

This report will describe the subsidence risks at the property on the date of inspection.

The Surveyor will provide an impartial opinion that can be used and relied upon by a prospective buyer and the seller.
